I’m a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #127587) seeing in-person clients in San Jose and California residents via telehealth.

My style is playful and accessible: I meet you where you are so that together we can find your path to self-expression, fulfillment, and wholeness. I have experience working in schools, community mental health clinics serving survivors, and private practice settings.

I have over a decade of experience working in higher education. Prior to my graduate studies in Counseling Psychology, I obtained a Masters in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from The Ohio State University where I taught courses exploring intersections of race, gender, sexuality, and popular culture.

In my free time I enjoy hiking and noodling on creative projects. I’m a lifelong movie geek and lover of visual and performing arts.
